Our Gorilla Bow comes with 4 adjustable levels of resistance (5 – 110 pounds) so that everyone from beginners to professional athletes can be challenged. Gorilla Bow utilizes advanced resistance technology that doesn’t rely on gravity (like traditional weights), so you can’t cheat your movement with momentum. Our FlexClaw design allows you to quickly and easily modify your resistance bands from one set to another.

It incorporates movements you’re used to – like squats, bench press, curls & rowing – with heavy duty resistance cords for added benefits.
Upper Body Exercise
The traditional chest press gets a modern twist with the Gorilla Bow. Work your chest and triceps with this exercise.
Stand on the bands to get in row position and work your back and biceps. The wider your stance, the more resistance you get from the bands. Or try single-arm rows by standing on the band with the opposite leg of the arm you’re working.
A great way to work your core is through oblique exercises. Try this take on oblique crunches to feel the burn. You can also use this standing position for oblique twists.
Lower Body Exercise
Get tired of just doing squats? Mix up your lower body workout with some weighted standing lunges. Challenge your quads and glutes with this workout.
