Our founder, Dr. Brian Parks, was working as a defense contractor when he got the chance to pursue his doctoral degree. At one challenging point early on, he resorted to his gym rat side and sought out protein in his kitchen cupboard. Tiring of clumpy artificially sweetened protein shakes, Dr. Parks mapped out his solution in a tasteless protein.
